This place was great. My husband, my kids and me stayed at this place over for 5 days around New Years 2021. It was great. Beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching for whales and checking out the tide pools. Really friendly atmosphere. There are beautiful grounds with flowers everywhere. There were residents that blew conch shells at sunset every night and then lit the tiki torches. There were two pools. One was a salt water pool that is ocean side. Owner was very available and accommodating. The place was very clean and setup well.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Kona village but close enough to bike or short drive. Property is older but in great condition. Used the grill one night and met some nice people. Unit is well enough equipped for your cooking needs and has some beach equipment for use. Bed is big and comfortable. Tv in bed room didn’t work but we were too tired from enjoying the day to worry about it. Overall would recommend and would return!
